The HSE professional ensures compliance with regulations, conducts risk assessments, and promotes a safe working environment. Rotational schedules allow for extended time off while maintaining on-site safety oversight.

To excel as a Rotational HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) professional, you need a solid understanding of occupational health and safety regulations, risk assessment techniques, and incident investigation processes, typically supported by a relevant degree or diploma.
