Job Summary The Commercial Professional Development Program (CPDP) at Fresenius Kabi is a two‐year rotational program designed for recent college graduates seeking broad commercial experience within the healthcare industry. Through a series of 4–6 month rotations across multiple commercial functions, CPDP Associates gain hands‐on exposure to the business while building a strong foundation in commercial operations, analytics, customer engagement, and strategic planning. Associates rotate through key departments including Marketing, Contract Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Business Planning & Analysis, and Commercial Excellence. Throughout the program, participants contribute to meaningful business initiatives, develop cross‐functional knowledge, and build the skills needed for long‐term career growth within Fresenius Kabi. Upon successful completion of the program, Associates transition into a full‐time role aligned to their strengths, interests, and business needs. This is a hybrid position, and the selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Lake Zurich, Illinois office 3 days a week. Salary Range: $63,000 - $65,000 per year. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
