The second fab will utilize its leading edge N3 and N2 process technology and be operational in 2028. Functional Area Project Management (FAPM) Lead Engineer
  • The Functional Area Project Management Lead Engineer is a leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple industrial construction projects and managing a team of project managers specializing in tooling installation. This role focuses on strategic oversight, portfolio management, and ensuring organizational objectives are met across projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic oversight for multiple tooling installation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes for project planning, execution, and tooling installation across projects.
  • Oversee the installation of complex industrial tooling systems, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with specifications.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to OSHA regulations, industry standards, and client-specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders to secure repeat business.
  • Identify and mitigate high-level risks across the project portfolio, implementing strategies to ensure success.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field -OR-
    • 8 -10+ years' experience in industrial construction, with 5+ years specializing in tooling installation projects and 2+ years in leadership role managing project managers.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert knowledge of industrial tooling systems and installation processes.
    • Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
    • Strong understanding of CAD software and technical specifications.
    • Certifications: PMP or CCM required; OSHA 30 certification required.

  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Physical Requirements:
    • N/A

Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Business Administration

Shift Expectations:
  • All Lead Functional Area Project Management (FAPM) Engineers may be required to work a Compressed Work Week (4-day on, 3-day off, 3-day on, 4-day off), and may be required to work night shift on a rotational basis.
  • Scheduled night shifts and weekend on-call rotations in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Night shift rotations are expected to be no more than 4 months per calendar year.
  • Standard work hours: Monday through Friday
