NICU RN

First timers okay - Level 3 or 4 - Lic Pend NICU RN - Req 9341 **no charge exp required**. Will position float between units: Yes per unit needs. Is on-call required? Yes standby when not needed on unit. Are weekends required? Yes variable and rotating. Are block schedules required? No. What are expected ratios? 1:3. Special requirements: Level 3 or 4 NICU experience. Generally shifts only rotate between days/nights per pay period or schedule period (every 2-4 weeks). Manager ensures that the traveler has appropriate time between a night shift and a dayshift if they are rotating. Are 48 hours approved: No. Please note, must have a vehicle for this assignment! *** Please note, it's common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent *Note for Seaside floating only – If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + $5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
