  • Perform general plant and field operations
  • Support seed field activities, including planting, maintenance, and harvesting
  • Carry out harvest processes (sorting, drying, shelling, preparation)
  • Assist with conditioning tasks (sizing, bagging, palletizing, gravity operations)
  • Follow quality and safety standards (ISO work instructions and quality plans)
  • Perform warehouse operations, including forklift use and sample collection
  • Complete general maintenance and repair tasks
  • Help coordinate field operations and support workflow/scheduling activities
  • Work overtime or weekends during peak seasons

What You Need to Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree (agriculture-focused) preferred
  • 1+ years of related or on-the-job experience
  • Valid driver's license required (CDL may be needed later)
  • Knowledge of agriculture and plant operations preferred
  • Familiarity with field equipment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform repetitive tasks with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions
