American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with acute care experience for a 26-week travel assignment in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Details- Inpatient acute care hospital setting within the Rehabilitation Services unit
- 175-bed facility with a therapy team of 60 providers including PT, OT, SLP, PTA, and COTA staff
- Daily patient ratio of 8-10 patients
- Schedule includes 4 days of 10-hour shifts or 8.5-hour rotating shifts, including weekends
- Shift hours are 7:30 AM-6:00 PM or 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Weekend rotation required, approximately 2-3 weekends per month including Saturdays and Sundays
- EPIC EMR system used
- No on-call requirements
- Current OT certification/license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Acute care experience required
- Alaska state fingerprint and background check must be cleared or in provisional status prior to starting
