Responsibilities

As a CT Technologist at FirstHealth of the Carolinas, you will:

    • Holiday Rotation: Participate in a rotating holiday schedule to ensure continuous patient care.
    • Advanced Training: Has training in or the desire to train in advanced CT studies, including TAVR's, CTA Coronaries, Watchman studies, CTA studies of all body parts, biopsies, and drainages. Be part of a stroke-accredited hospital.

Qualifications

CT Tech Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Graduation from an accredited school of Radiology with additional training in CT.
  • Certification: ARRT Certification in Radiology is required.
  • CT Registry: Must be CT Registry eligible or CT Registered. If CT Registry eligible, you must obtain CT registration within 6 months of your hire date.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS): BCLS certification is required.
