Local Class A Driver Henderson Reefer Fleet

Job Overview Secure a daily home-time position running 100% no-touch refrigerated freight within 300 miles of Henderson, NC, across SC, NC, TN, and VA. Expect 1,250 average weekly miles (13 routes daily, 13 stops per trip). Operations use slip-seat day cabs (International, Freightliner, Kenworth) backed by 24/7 on-site support.

Pay & Sign-On Bonus

  • Earnings Potential: Average $1,200 weekly, scaling up to an annual earning potential of $70,000.
  • Pay Structure: Choose between standard mileage bands (ranging from $41 for 050 miles up to $93$96 for 176225 miles) or experience-based CPM tiers ($0.45 for 011 mos up to $0.54 for 10+ yrs). Plus, earn $20 per stop.
  • Orientation Pay: Receive $50 for 1 classroom day and $100 daily for 23 ride-along days.
  • Sign-On Bonus: Pocket $2,500 total, paid incrementally ($250 at load 1; $250 at 30, 60, 120, and 150 days; $500 at 90 days; and $750 at 180 days).

Schedule & Requirements

  • Shift Details: Overnight starts between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Heavy volume hits Wednesday through Saturday. Operates on a rotating schedule (6 days on/34-hour reset, then 5 days on/2 days off). Weekends and holidays are required.
  • Prerequisites: Must provide personal transportation to the yard daily, maintain top safety habits, deliver strong customer service, and secure store arrival confirmations.
