Our establishment features three distinct hospitality concepts: an elegant fine dining room, a busy casual floor, and a vibrant cocktail lounge. You will serve as the core leader overseeing daily back-of-house culinary execution and front-of-house beverage operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader dedicated to long-term growth, team mentorship, and high-volume quality control.

Compensation & Perks:
  • Annual Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 / year (Based on experience; paid weekly).
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dual-Floor Leadership: Direct kitchen line production and high-volume lounge bar operations seamlessly.
