Job Description:

The Restaurant Server is responsible for sales of food and beverage to customers and responsible for accurate accounting on guest checks. Looking for candidates for both am and pm shifts and weekend availability is a must.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet, seat, and assist guests with menu selections

  • Take and accurately relay orders to the kitchen

  • Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal

  • Use suggestive selling techniques for appetizers, desserts, and drinks

  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly

  • Clear tables and reset for new guests

  • Process checks and payments accurately

  • Complete assigned side work and maintain a clean work area

  • Support team members to ensure smooth service

Minimum Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience/Skill Requirements:

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a neat, well-groomed appearance
    Strong public relations skills and enjoyment in meeting guests

  • Ability to remain poised and handle difficult situations with tact

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to varying work hours

  • Dependable, honest, and open to feedback and training

  • Knowledge of food, drinks, garnishes, and menu service times

  • Familiarity with table setups, condiments, and overall food & beverage operations
