This includes greeting guests, taking detailed orders, pacing courses, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining an elevated table environment. Servers engage in warm, casual conversation while ensuring the setting remains attractive, organized, and aligned with Hyatt's service standards. Their style, attentiveness, and service attributes are essential to creating a memorable guest experience.

        Motivated, selfstarting personality with the ability to anticipate guest needs

  • 1 year of casual to finedining service experience including cocktail service, waiter duties, and full table service
  • Excellent multitasking and customer service skills; able to complete all compliance trainings in a timely manner
  • Strong waiter and tableservice skills including:
    • Greeting and seating guests when needed
    • Taking accurate food and beverage orders
    • Course pacing and coordination with kitchen and bar
    • Proper table marking, resetting, and maintaining table standards
    • Delivering food and beverages with accuracy and allergen awareness
    • Knowledge of finedining etiquette and steps of service
    • Ability to manage multiple tables and prioritize guest needs
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, beer, and alternatives for guests with allergies or special requests
  • Experience with POS and creditcard systems
  • Cashhandling accuracy and accountability
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Pay rate: $7.25/hour plus tips
