Description

Responsible for teaching guests how to wakeboard, waterski, kneeboard, wakeskate and stand-up paddle board on all levels. The Coach/Cable Operator/Sales Associate is responsible for Lil Bro and other cable operations as assigned, lessons and the Learn to Ride Program. Candidate must be able to assist customers in the pro shop, rental shop, sales as well as obtain customer waiver signatures.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with & enforce the policies, procedures and regulations of Roseland Wake Park.
  • Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
  • Promote a positive and enjoyable attitude at all times
  • Assist guests in evaluating their abilities and determine what their needs are to reach individual goals
  • Assist customers with selecting the appropriate rental equipment
  • Sales of retail products
  • Keep buildings clean and help with maintaining grounds to park standards
  • Assist with the duties of other positions in the park as needed
  • Be aware at all times for the safety of guests & other Park staff
  • Other duties as needed to keep the Park running smoothly & efficiently as assigned by management


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older and prior work experience
  • Lifeguard certified or ability to become certified
  • Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday availability

  • Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
