Job description

We're partnered with a fast-moving engineering team in Middlesex County, MA building next-generation robotic systems that bring intelligent software into real-world environments. They're hiring a full-time Senior Robotics Software Engineer to work across perception, planning, and execution.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a startup or autonomy background who's used to moving quickly, owning systems end-to-end, and working heavily in ROS/ROS2 based architecture. You'll be building and scaling robotics software that interfaces directly with sensors, ML models, and actuation systems, turning high-level intelligence into reliable motion in dynamic environments. If you've worked on real robots and enjoy a fast-paced environment while solving issues and problems in real time this is a strong fit.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in robotics software, autonomy, or systems engineering
  • Deep experience with ROS/RO2
  • Strong C++ and Python experience
  • Experience integrating perception, planning, or control systems
  • Hands-on experience with real robotics platforms
  • Familiarity with Linux-based systems and distributed robotics architectures
