Customer Service Representative – Adventure Park Team (Fun, High-Energy Job!)


This is NOT your typical customer service job.

You won’t be stuck doing the same thing all day—and you definitely won’t be bored.


At The Ropes of Southern Utah, you’ll work in a high-energy adventure park with zip lines, ropes courses, games, desserts, and events—interacting with guests and helping create a fun, memorable experience.


At The Ropes of Southern Utah, you’ll be part of a high-energy adventure park featuring:

  • Ropes courses & 1,000+ ft zip lines
  • Axe throwing, gaming, and attractions
  • Custard, doughnuts, and desserts
  • Group events, parties, and tourism traffic


If you enjoy staying active, talking to people, and bringing energy to a team, you’ll love this role.


We are NOT looking for low-energy or shy individuals—this role is for people who naturally bring energy and positivity.


Compensation- $14–$16 hourly, depending on experience, reliability, and flexibility. Opportunities to earn more through strong performance, cross-training, and taking initiative. High performers will receive more hours and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Talk with guests, bring energy, and make their experience fun
  • Help guests choose activities and recommend and suggest add-ons like zip lines, games, and desserts to enhance the guest experience
  • Operate attractions, games, and service areas safely and efficiently
  • Assist with events, parties, and group experiences
  • Keep your area clean, organized, and running smoothly so guests have a great experience
  • Work across multiple areas of the business (cross-training required)

Qualifications:
  • Outgoing, positive, and high-energy personality
  • Naturally outgoing and comfortable talking to people
  • Reliable and shows up on time
  • Willing to learn multiple roles and stay flexible
  • Able to work weekends and peak times
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
