Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle count based on ABC classification and established schedules
- Reconcile physical inventory with system data and process necessary adjustments
- Maintain accurate documentation of counts, variances, and inventory changes
- Monitor high-risk inventory items including high-value and high-usage materials
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes
- Analyze transaction history to identify breakdowns in receiving, production, or warehouse processes
- Document findings and implement corrective actions for variances
- Track trends and escalate recurring issues to leadership
- Utilize Business Central to review inventory movements, ledger entries, and bin accuracy
- Partner with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to resolve discrepancies
- Recommend process improvements to reduce errors and improve inventory control
- Support physical inventory counts and internal audits
- Ensure proper labeling, bin organization, and adherence to warehouse standards
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in cycle counting and inventory control
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control transactions
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems preferred
- Background in manufacturing, construction, or modular building environments preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
