THE POSITIONย 

Food and Beverage Warehouse Support or Draught Operations Support role is responsible for stocking and distributing kegged beverage products and providing support maintaining and cleaning the draught system. This role ensures that draught beer inventory is accurately handled, properly rotated, and consistently available to support seamless event operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and product quality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESย 

  • Pull and transfer kegs to concession stands, bars, and other service locations throughout the facility;
  • Verify quantities, and ensure proper storage and rotation within cooler and storage areas;
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safe working conditions in keg coolers, storage rooms, and warehouse spaces;
  • Monitor stock levels during events and replenish locations as needed to avoid service disruptions;
  • Assist with routine equipment checks and report any maintenance or operational concerns;
  • Support of installation and cleaning of all aspects of the draught system to ensure efficiency and reduce downtime;
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and event operations.
  • Actively participate in safety programs and follow polices;
  • All other duties as assigned.ย 

THE INDIVIDUALย 

The ideal individual will have the following background:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team during event-driven operations;
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Positive attitude with strong attention to detail;
  • Experience with beverage handling & warehouse operations is considered an asset;
  • Experience with maintaining or cleaning draught system equipment is highly desirable.
  • Experience with electric pallet jacks & stacking equipment is an asset;
  • Forklift certification is an asset;
  • WHMIS training is considered as asset.

Please note this is a physical job:

  • Constant lifting and handling of kegs (up to 160 lbs);
  • Frequent carrying, pushing, and pulling;
  • Frequent repetitive movements;
  • Constant standing, walking, and stair climbing;
  • Occasional crouching, kneeling, and reaching;
