Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
  • Prepare for seamless service: Set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
  • Take guest orders: Assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
  • Deliver with care: Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
  • Process transactions: Present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
  • Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
