Room Service Associates often encounter challenges such as managing multiple orders during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining food quality, and handling special guest requests or complaints. Effective communication with kitchen staff and other team members, staying organized, and remaining calm under pressure are key to overcoming these hurdles. Many hotels also provide training on customer service and time management to help associates succeed in these situations.
