We are currently seeking a Dining Room Server at our Houston - Buffalo Speedway community. The Dining Room Server reports directly to our Director of Dining who oversees day to day operations of the community's Food amp; Beverage department.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to our resident's fine dining experience by providing excellent customer services and managing high level tasks in a fine dining setting.
  • Offer a high level of hospitality
  • Provide flawless table service
  • Answer food, wine, and beverage questions
  • Course food items appropriately
  • Accurate operation of our POS system
  • Perform side work and end-of-shift closeout tasks
