Peel Wood Fired Pizza is seeking a highly motivated Manager who wants to grow professionally, contribute ideas, and help lead a high-performing team in a thriving upscale casual, full-service restaurant environment.

This unique cross-functional leadership role provides hands-on experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You'll work closely with our General Manager and Chef while developing a complete understanding of restaurant leadership and business operations.

Position Overview

Our Operations Manager is trained to manage both the kitchen and dining room operations (Hybrid Manager).
