Job Summary
Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking an energetic, hands-on Operations Manager / Front Office Manager to join our team at the Hampton Inn in Georgetown, KY. In this vital leadership role, you will oversee daily front office workflows, manage guest service standards, and coordinate department operations to ensure our guests experience signature "Hamptonality". You will work closely with the General Manager to drive financial performance, maintain brand compliance, and mentor a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Leadership: Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, guest registrations, and cash handling accuracy.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner smoothly with housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast teams to guarantee room readiness and flawless daily workflows.
Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor team members, fostering a positive, high-morale work culture.
Guest Satisfaction: Proactively resolve guest feedback and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction and cleanliness scores.
Operational & Financial Support: Assist the General Manager with labor budget management, inventory control, and vendor invoice tracking.
