Job description

Commercial Roofing Superintendent Greater Milwaukee Area | $85,000โ€“$100,000 + Bonus | Full Benefits If you've built a reputation for running jobs the right way, we'd like to talk.

Not every Roofing Superintendent position is the same.

Some companies hand you impossible schedules, outdated equipment, and crews that change every week.

This isn't one of those opportunities.

We're partnering with an established commercial roofing contractor that's built a strong reputation over decades by delivering quality work, investing in its people, and earning repeat business. With a full pipeline of commercial projects heading into the busy season, they're looking for a proven leader who can step in immediately and take ownership of multiple projects.

If you're someone who enjoys leading crews, solving problems in the field, and taking pride in projects that are completed safely, on time, and with quality workmanship, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish while leading approximately 3โ€“4 field crews.

You'll work directly with company leadership to:

  • Keep projects on schedule

  • Coordinate crews and subcontractors

  • Maintain high quality standards

  • Ensure jobsite safety

  • Support foremen in the field

  • Solve problems before they become delays

  • Help identify and develop great field talent

This is a true leadership position where your decisions make an immediate impact every day.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who already understands commercial roofing operations.

You might currently be a:

  • Roofing Superintendent

  • Senior Roofing Foreman

  • Roofing Project Manager

  • Commercial Construction Superintendent

  • Field Operations Manager

Commercial roofing experience is strongly preferred.

If your background is primarily residential roofing but you've successfully led crews, managed projects, and have exceptional leadership ability, we'd still like to hear from you.

What You'll Receive

Base Salary: $85,000โ€“$100,000

Additional Compensation

  • Performance-based bonus opportunity

  • Stable year-round workload

  • Long-term career opportunity

  • Direct access to company leadership

  • Opportunity to help shape operations as the company continues to grow

Benefits

Why Experienced Superintendents Apply

You're trusted to run your jobsโ€”not micromanaged.

You'll work for an established commercial roofing contractor with a strong reputation in the market.

You'll inherit an active backlog of work rather than wondering where the next project is coming from.

You'll have the opportunity to influence hiring decisions and help build strong field teams.

You'll report directly to company leadership where your experience and ideas matter.

This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who...
  • Takes ownership instead of making excuses.

  • Leads by example.

  • Earns the respect of crews.

  • Believes safety and quality never compete.

  • Wants to build something long-term instead of jumping from company to company every few years.
