Roofing Sales Manager

About Lifetime Roofing:
Lifetime Roofing is a rapidly growing roofing company serving Louisiana with a commitment to quality, integrity, and results. We’re building something big in Baton Rouge — and we’re looking for a high-level sales leader to help drive that growth.
Position Overview:
We are not looking for an average roofing salesman.
We are looking for one of the best.
If you know how to sell roofing, close high-value jobs, build lasting relationships, and lead other salespeople, this is your opportunity to step up — and get paid what you're worth.
This role is designed for a top-tier roofing sales professional who wants more than just another job. You’ll have the ability to sell both insurance and retail projects, pursue high-ticket opportunities, build your own team, and earn additional commission on your team’s production.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell residential and commercial roofing projects (insurance and retail)
  • Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Pursue large-scale and multifamily opportunities
  • Work company-provided leads along with self-generated business
  • Collaborate with production to ensure projects are sold and executed at a high level

  • Xactimate experience
  • Experience building or managing a sales team
