Roofing Service Foreman Flynn Group of Companies Spokane, WA $30-40/hr DOE

Job Summary:

As a Roofing Service Foreman you will be responsible for locating leaks and performing quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner, while treating customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect. Job duties also include the completion of defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities. Must have knowledge of all roof systems including applied Modified Bitumen, E.P.D.M., Heat Welded TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Coatings, Metal Roof systems, Sheet Metal and related roof accessories.

 A Day in the Life

  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up, etc.)
  • Lead, train, and delegate tasks to your crew
  • Inspect leaks, damage, and determine correct repair process
  • Use our mobile app to record, document, and report jobs completed
  • Follow and enforce safety procedures, wear PPE at all times
  • On-call availability to respond to emergency leaks when needed (staggered schedule)
  • Communicate professionally with customers and clients and provide recommendations

 

What We Are Seeking- Qualifications

  • 4+ years of installation or repair experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up, etc.)
  • *REQUIRED* A valid driver's License with a good 7 year driving record (no exceptions)
  • Leadership skills- delegating, time management, quality control, order material, train employees, etc.
  • Ability to perform roof inspections to determine the root cause of issues (e.g., leak, tear, clog)
  •  

Preferred Skills

  • Has held a lead or Foreman position in production roofing or service roofing
