Position Overview:

We’re looking for driven individuals interested in roofing sales—no prior roofing experience required. All you need is strong work ethic, common sense, and a desire to succeed. We’ll train you to become a high-performing roofing sales professional.


Key Responsibilities:

● Communicate with homeowners and potential clients

● Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals

● Clearly explain roofing services and value-added offerings

● Negotiate contracts

● Travel to meet clients

● Perform door-to-door lead generation

● Climb and inspect residential roofs

● Work on a 100% commission pay structure


Job Requirements

● Valid driver’s license

● Must have a vehicle (truck or similar) that can haul ladders and other equipment required to perform job duties

● Ability to lift 70 pounds

● Ability to lift, carry, and set up ladders up to 32’ in length

● Ability to climb roofs up to a 10/12 slope (with proper safety harnesses/equipment) and up to 3-story residential height

● Ability to access attics and other confined spaces

● Ability to work safely and with agility at construction job sites

● Must be able to pass a background check
