​​​​We’re seeking high-performing Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team of storm restoration pros. If you have door-to-door sales experience, understand the insurance claims process, and know how to close deals, this is a high-income opportunity with no cap on earnings.

We specialize in helping homeowners navigate insurance claims after hail, wind, or storm damage. You’ll be the face of our company in the field, building trust with clients and managing projects from inspection to completion.

1. Compensation

*******This is a straight commission position.********
You’ll earn 10 -15% of the total insurance claim amount, depending on experience and performance. Top reps are making $100K–$300K+ annually. Including performance bonus.

Roofing Sales Representative

Will be paid as follows:

● 10% commission for every results in a signed contract

● Base draw of $1500 a month (If the project manager has signed contract & roof is scheduled)

● Monthly Bonuses Available

2. Responsibilities

  • Perform door-to-door outreach to identify storm-damaged properties
  • Conduct roof inspections and damage assessments
  • Educate homeowners on the insurance claim process
  • Assist clients with filing insurance claims and meeting with adjusters
  • Manage projects from claim approval to job completion
  • Maintain CRM updates, client communication, and job site quality

3. Qualifications

  • Required: Proven door-to-door sales experience
  • Required: Working knowledge of the insurance claims process
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs (training available)
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Roofing or restoration sales experience is a huge plus
