Job description

Commercial Roofing Inspector / Technician

Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Inspector / Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of commercial roofing systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while providing professional service to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of commercial roofing systems to identify damage, defects, leaks, and maintenance concerns
  • Evaluate roof conditions and document findings through detailed reports and photographs
  • Inspect roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal roofing
  • Perform moisture surveys and condition assessments when needed
  • Communicate inspection findings to project managers, property managers, and customers
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and field documentation
  • Travel to commercial job sites as required
Requirements
  • Experience with commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod-Bit, BUR, and metal)
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Good communication and customer service skills
