Located in the beautiful community of Strum, WI we offer a growing Assisted Living and Memory Care home in the area. Our home serves as a vibrant community for retired seniors looking for Assisted Living supports, while maintaining their independence, friendships, healthy lifestyle, and healthcare. Located just 30 minutes from EauClaire, WI we are honored to care for our elders and enhance the quality of their life.While Rolling Meadows is not a nursing home, we offer enhanced care in a personalized setting to those without cognitive decline and those living with memory loss, Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. In addition, our on-site Registered Nurse is available to oversee the medical and pharmacological needs of our residents and will work with their providers to ensure all skilled medical needs are met. Ultimately our goal is to enrich the aging experience by providing opportunities for healthy and purposeful living. We know this benefits not just our residents, but also their families, our team, and the greater community.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide physical and psychosocial support to residents
  • Assist with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
