Routine Facilitator I - Job Summary
This role is essentially a front-line manufacturing leader responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, cost control, environmental compliance, and employee development within a production cell or operational area. The position focuses heavily on continuous improvement, standardization, training, auditing, problem-solving, and team leadership using GBS principles, QIS methodology, Kaizen events, and routine management processes.
Core Responsibilities
Leadership & People Development
  • Train and coach operators on procedures, standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Maintain training matrices and ensure workforce competency.
  • Conduct performance reviews and audits.
  • Develop corrective action plans and support employee development.
  • Motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.

Continuous Improvement
  • Lead and support:
    • GBS initiatives
    • 5S programs
    • Kaizen events
    • Failure analysis activities
    • Quality Improvement System (QIS) processes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze trends, symptoms, failures, and production issues.
