About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on GTM Systems Leader to own, scale, and optimize our go-to-market technology ecosystem. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy, architecture, and day-to-day execution across Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, data, and GTM processes.

This is a builder role - ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, partnering deeply with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, and translating business needs into scalable, well-governed systems.

What You'll DoGTM Systems Ownership
  • Own and operate the end-to-end GTM systems stack, with primary responsibility for Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Define the GTM systems roadmap in partnership with Sales, Marketing, partnerships team, and RevOps
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term scalability and system health
Hands-On Configuration & Delivery
  • Configure and customize Salesforce and HubSpot (objects, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards)
  • Implement and maintain integrations across GTM, finance, and data platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve system usability
Integrations & Data
  • Design and manage integrations using middleware or APIs to ensure reliable data flow
    Partner with data teams to ensure clean, trusted GTM data for reporting and analytics
  • Define data models, ownership, and governance for GTM systems
  • Enable accurate pipeline, revenue, and funnel reporting
Process & Enablement
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, partnerships team, and RevOps to design efficient, scalable GTM processes
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation
  • Create documentation, training materials, and enablement for end users
  • Act as a trusted advisor on best practices and system usage
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary GTM systems partner for business stakeholders
  • Translate business goals into system strategy and execution plans
  • Prioritize work based on business impact and capacity
  • Influence without authority and bring clarity in ambiguous environments
About You
  • 7+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, BizOps, or Business Applications
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin/configuration required)
  • Strong experience with HubSpot (marketing automation, CRM, integrations)
  • Proven experience building and supporting integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL tools)
  • Strong understanding of GTM data models (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipeline, ARR)
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, partnerships, and Finance teams
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with CPQ, billing, or subscription models
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and BI tools
  • Experience scaling systems in high-growth or SaaS environments
