Essential Functions:

  • Smooth out and compress asphalt to ensure a quality surface on roadways and parking lots.
  • Be able to operate on various levels of grade to ensure a smooth surface.
  • Be familiar with compaction requirements and rolling techniques on different mixes of asphalt to remove cut marks and deliver a smooth surface.
  • Maintain roller machines including checking/refilling fluids levels daily and greasing.

Requirements:ย 
5+ Years of experience operating a 2-ton roller and 10-ton roller preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Applicant must have no felonies that are violent in nature and/or theft related in the last 7 years.
Comply with the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs and weather conditions. Overtime as required.
