Alabama Grading & Excavation / Paving Pros is hiring hardworking, reliable team members for our paving division. We are looking for Laborers and Equipment Operators who take pride in quality work and can perform in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.Positions Available

What You'll Do
  • Assist with asphalt placement, raking, shoveling, and site cleanup
  • Operate paving equipment safely and efficiently (for operator roles)
  • Follow directions from the foreman and work as part of a coordinated crew
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
  • Perform basic equipment checks and report issues promptly
What We're Looking For
