We are seeking aMachine Operator - Shusterto join our manufacturing team in Tempe, Arizona. Our Tempe facility produces high-quality electrical fastening and support solutions that help connect and protect critical infrastructure around the world. In this role, you will operate and maintain Shuster forming equipment, perform machine setups, monitor production quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll be part of a team that makes metal products used indata centers, hospitals, warehouses, and commercial buildingsaround the world.

This is a2nd Shiftopportunity offering astarting wage of $23.00 per hour, plus ashift differential of up to $2.00 per hour, providing potential earnings of up to$25.00 per hour.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Operate Shuster forming machinery to meet daily production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and equipment adjustments in accordance with production specifications.
  • Load raw materials and monitor production runs to ensure efficiency and product quality.
  • Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
  • Follow all safety procedures and proactively identify and report potential hazards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities that support operational excellence and waste reduction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
YOU HAVE:

Education Requirement

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Years of Experience
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operating, metal forming, or production experience preferred.
Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.
  • Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures.
  • Strong mechanical proficiency and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Basic math and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Abilities to Meet the Physical and Environmental Demands
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds with assistance as needed.
