Job description

Job Title: Fabricator
Location: Florence, KY
Duration: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr on W2
Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
  • Mandatory overtime on Fridays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate fabrication equipment including rolls, shears, saws, punch presses, benders, and other metalworking machinery.
  • Cut, bend, roll, form, and assemble metal components according to blueprints, layouts, and work instructions.
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers to ensure accuracy.
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints and fabrication drawings.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Participate in team meetings, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-3 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
  • Basic blueprint reading and measuring skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Must be able to work onsite and live within commuting distance of Florence, KY.
