To thrive as a Roll Driver, you need a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), strong knowledge of road safety, and experience in operating large vehicles, specifically those used for transporting heavy rolls or materials. Familiarity with fleet management systems, GPS navigation, and vehicle inspection tools is typically required.
