Position: Rolex Certified Watchmaker
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Position Overview
Fink's Jewelers is seeking an experienced Rolex Certified Watchmaker to join our Chattanooga, TN location. This highly specialized role requires expertise in servicing Rolex timepieces and a commitment to delivering best-in-class craftsmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics and servicing on both mechanical and quartz watches
  • Complete full service and repairs on most Rolex models and calibers
  • Test timepieces for accuracy and performance according to Rolex standards
  • Ensure all repair work meets or exceeds Rolex quality requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of serial numbers, model numbers, and repair details
  • Uphold exceptional quality control and workshop standards

Required Qualifications
  • Rolex Certified Watchmaker
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Prior watchmaking experience required
  • Preferred 2-3 years of watchmaking experience
  • WOSTEP, SAWTA, and/or CW21 certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining exact quality standards
