Patient Services Representative

At Rogue Community Health, our Patient Services Representatives are more than a front desk presence, they are the welcoming heart of our clinics. As the very first point of connection, PSRs create meaningful first impressions through a warm smile, a friendly "hello," and a genuine desire to help every patient feel seen, heard, and cared for.

We are currently seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our teams in Medford, White City, Talent and Eagle Point. We also have a part-time position open at our Medford Behavioral Health Center.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality patient care by:

  • Serving as a trusted liaison between patients and care teams
  • Supporting patients both in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinating appointments, confirming schedules, and preparing patients for their visits
  • Identifying individual needs and ensuring every patient receives the support they deserve
