Litigation Paralegal
Angel Fire Resort seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume legal practice focused on property assessment enforcement and related real estate matters. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a non-remote position so applicant must be already living in the Angel Fire area or be willing to relocate.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time while developing strategies to achieve goals
  • Demonstrate accuracy and monitor your own work to ensure quality
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternative solutions
  • Be flexible and willing to take on multiple tasks
Base Pay: $70,000-$85,000 DOE
Location: Angel Fire Resort – non-remote
Employee Type: Exempt - Salary

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ civil litigation experience (real estate or collections background a plus)

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and judgments through Odyssey (TylerTech).
  • Draft, record, and release liens; coordinate with multiple governmental offices statewide.
  • Maintain a comprehensive litigation calendar and docket for dozens of active cases.
  • Assist with discovery, document preparation, and case management.
  • Communicate professionally with courts, title companies, and outside parties.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ civil litigation experience (real estate or collections background a plus).
  • Proficiency in Odyssey TylerTech e-filing and strong command of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written communication, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience using AI as a tool is a plus.
