TMC Health is starting a new employed urology program in Tucson, Arizona. We are hiring 2 or more Urologists, along with Advanced Practice Providers, to help build a new outpatient urology practice and support hospital services. TMC Health is a locally governed, nonprofit health system with a 600+ bed regional medical center. We provide strong administrative, operational, and financial support. This role is ideal for a urologist who wants to help build a program, have input into how the practice runs, and still have the stability of an employed position. You will have: - Dedicated office space - Specialized equipment - Full administrative support - Shared call coverage with private urologists in the community You will not be expected to take on private‑practice risk.
