Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and longevity
  • Communicate clearly with customers about system condition and recommended solutions
  • Perform system replacements and assist with installations when needed
  • Maintain proper documentation using ServiceTitan software
  • Ensure company vehicles remain clean, organized, and properly stocked
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to assist customers with urgent needs
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • EPA Certification
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Clean and valid driver's license
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
