Job description

Who Are Massive Rocket?
Massive Rocket is a rapidly scaling Braze and Snowflake agency on a mission to transform how digital marketing, product, and engineering teams connect. In just five years, we've grown at speed and are now gearing up for our next big milestone: hitting $100M in revenue. We build human experiences at scale, powered by cutting-edge web, mobile, cloud, data, and AI technologies. If you're excited by innovation, love solving complex challenges, and want to help shape the future of digital experiences, you'll feel right at home here.
Every role at Massive Rocket is entrepreneurial. The people who thrive here don't just focus on their own remit - they understand the goals of the teams around them and actively contribute to the success of their colleagues, customers, and partners. We're building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and growth, and we're looking for people who want to make a real impact.
Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team?
As an Account Manager at Massive Rocket, you'll own and grow strategic relationships across a portfolio of clients - acting as a trusted partner responsible for driving measurable ROI, deepening engagement, and ensuring long-term success.
This is not a new business sales role. Instead, you'll focus on retention, expansion, and value realisation within existing partnerships. You'll develop a deep understanding of your clients' business models, priorities, and challenges, and connect these to the value Massive Rocket delivers across CRM, data, and Martech.
Sitting at the intersection of client success, delivery excellence, and commercial ownership, you'll ensure every programme is aligned to client outcomes, while identifying opportunities to expand scope, introduce new capabilities, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
What Will You Do?
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-threaded relationships across your client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic and commercial discussions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business goals, operating models, and success metrics
  • Lead strategic account reviews, EBRs, and planning sessions, clearly linking Massive Rocket's work to business outcomes and ROI
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring delivery teams are aligned to client priorities and expectations
  • Proactively manage escalations, risks, and performance issues, ensuring consistent delivery excellence
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing accounts, including new teams, departments, and use cases
  • Drive account expansion through upsells, renewals, and scope evolution in collaboration with internal teams
  • Own forecasting, pipeline visibility, and commercial performance across your portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with Programme Management and Delivery teams to ensure alignment, resourcing, and profitability
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices, insights, and client learnings across the business

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Proven experience managing and growing client portfolios within an agency, SaaS, or consulting environment
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across VP, Director, and operational levels
  • Track record of driving retention, expansion, and long-term client value
  • Strong commercial acumen, including forecasting, revenue ownership, and profitability management
  • Ability to connect business strategy with practical CRM, data, or Martech solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including handling escalations effectively
  • Proactive, consultative mindset focused on delivering measurable value to clients
  • Experience working cross-functionally with delivery, strategy, and technical teams
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, client-driven environments
  • English proficiency at C1 level

Why You'll Love Working Here
• Rocket-Fuelled Growth - Big challenges, fast learning, and the chance to level up quicker than anywhere else
• A Culture That Actually Gives a Damn - Supportive, positive, and built around people who want to see you win
• A Global Crew - Collaborate with brilliant teammates across Europe, the US, and beyond
• Remote-First for Life - Work from wherever you feel your best
• Real Career Momentum - Clear progression, real ownership, and space to grow into your next chapter
• Moments That Matter - Meetups, events, and team experiences that make the journey unforgettable
A Few Things to Know Before We Get Started
Bring Your Own Device - We operate a BYOD policy, so you'll use your own kit for work
Right to Work - You'll need a valid work visa; we're not able to offer sponsorship at the moment
ID Checks - We may ask for proof of identity (passport, ID card, or a recent utility bill)
References - We may request two references, so have names, relationships, and contact details ready
For Contractors - Proof of incorporation and up-to-date insurance is required
A Quick Note on Applications
We receive a high volume of applications, and while we'd love to reply to everyone personally, it's not always possible. If you haven't heard from us within two weeks, it sadly means you haven't been successful this time. But don't let that stop you-we're growing fast, and new opportunities open up all the time.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
