Roche Landscaping Services (RLS) is a premier landscaping company dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across Maryland. Position Overview:

RLS is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our Frederick team. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, hands-on landscaping experience, and the ability to manage projects and crews efficiently. The Landscaping Foreman will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and lead landscaping crews on residential and commercial projects.
  • Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks effectively.
  • Ensure all work complies with company quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.
  • Communicate with clients to address questions, concerns, and project updates.
  • Inspect and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Assist with estimating labor and materials for projects.
  • Report progress and issues to management promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on landscaping experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and general landscaping practices.
  • Ability to read plans, execute projects efficiently, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
