The Opportunity

As a Process Lead for Instruments, Reagents, and Formulation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing workflows to support our operational goals. You will join a dynamic production team dedicated to driving operational excellence, maximizing productivity, and cultivating an inclusive environment guided by our operating principles. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead production lines, mentor team members, and directly influence the quality of deliverables that impact patient lives worldwide.

  • You manage, balance, and delegate daily tasks to production employees and contractors to achieve scheduling goals and optimize line throughput.

  • You ensure all manufacturing processes are performed in a safe, healthy manner while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards (such as FDA and OSHA).

  • You provide dedicated hands-on line support, including material handling, product building, bulk solution formulation, and process auditing.

  • You drive continuous improvement by implementing lean practices, establishing standard work, and troubleshooting operational issues.

  • You monitor, review, and update operational procedures and work instructions to maintain exceptional quality and audit readiness.

  • You collect, populate, and trend key operational metrics to identify gaps, implement preventative measures, and support excellence initiatives.

  • You foster a collaborative team culture by facilitating shift handovers, guiding onboarding for new hires, and sharing best practices.

Who you are:

  • You hold an Associate's Degree (or equivalent combined education and experience) and bring 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment.

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to deliver clear direction, collaborate across functions, and provide constructive coaching feedback.

  • You demonstrate a high degree of initiative, with the capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • You are highly organized with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and a proven track record of solving complex problems effectively.

  • You are an inspiring and influential natural leader who excels at motivating team members and reinforcing positive group values.

Preferred:

  • You have prior experience leading teams or managing operational projects.

  • You possess demonstrated hands-on experience with Lean or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

  • You have experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ideally SAP.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, Texas is 52 400,00 - 81 000,00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
