Robotic/Automation Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)


Our client is seeking aRobotic/Automation Maintenance Technician to support a highly automated precision manufacturing operation serving industries including medical, automotive, telecommunications, transportation, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking to expand their skills into robotics and automation while joining a stable, growing manufacturer that continues to invest in cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
  • Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment
  • Learn to troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, and robotic systems
  • Install, program, and repair robot controllers, conveyors, and end-of-arm tooling
  • Read blueprints, machine manuals, and technical documentation
  • Replace motors, controllers, encoders, sensors, circuit boards, and other components
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations as needed


Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical testing equipment
  • Interest in learning robotic systems and automation technology
  • Flexibility to support emergency maintenance needs


Schedule

  • Monday Thursday
  • 2:30 PM 1:00 AM
  • Four 10-hour shifts
  • Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
