As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for:
- Working with mobile robotics, sensors, and/or autonomous moving parts/robotic applications
- Requirement decomposition and flow down
- Mechatronics experience in the development process โ worked in a hardware facing product within early design phases
- Systems engineering documentation and modeling may be done with both basic documentation tools (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) or Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Software (CAMEO, JAMA)
- System documentation including: Concept of Operations, Trade Studies, Behavior Diagrams, Use Cases, and Interface Control Documents
Utilize Agile or SAFe Agile methodologies to plan, prioritize, and coordinate team workflows in Jira, ensuring structured sprint execution, clear visibility, and effective crossโfunctional collaboration.
- System Architecture
- Performing Verification and Validation activities
- Requirements gathering, decomposition, and flow down
Education/Experience
- 5+ years of technical program management
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in technical program management
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Agile Scrum experience (scrum master certified would be a bonus)
- Utilize Agile or SAFe Agile methodologies to plan, prioritize, and coordinate team workflows in Jira, ensuring structured sprint execution, clear visibility, and effective crossโfunctional collaboration.
- Software development experience for communication systems
- Automation or Robotics experience
Salary Range: $120,000 - 170,000k
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
Location: Hybrid in North Reading, MA or Westborough, MA preferred
