SUMMARY:
The Loan Servicing Program Manager leads development and implementation efforts for Loan Servicing products, projects and programs aimed to enhance lending systems. Monitors program operations for quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of eight years directly related loan services experience required
  • Minimum five years loan servicing experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of Fiserv DNA required
  • Demonstrated experience leading small to medium sized projects required
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives required
  • Financial Services experience required
JOB DUTIES:
  • Responsible for the life cycle of processes and products that are directly related to the Loan Servicing strategic plan including the buildout of new loan products and implementation of new vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with partners across the enterprise to ensure alignment with Loan Servicing initiatives. Identify possible downstream impacts to other departments, ensure effective communication and successful rollout of initiatives
  • Oversee Fiserv DNA system upgrades, including regression testing, enhancement roll outs and the management of defects
  • Conduct risk assessments on projects to preliminarily identify any deficiencies in the program/plan as well as mitigate risks and losses
  • Review and interpret data and utilize reports to drive tactical improvements
  • Coordinate with EPMO on activities as it relates to loan servicing initiatives
  • Ensure projects and programs are tracked for the department
  • Identify, propose and deploy solutions on gaps in processes and procedures within loan servicing workflows
  • Manage the onboarding of new loan participations, as well as the reconciliation and reporting for existing loan participations
  • Support end-to-end management of Flow Programs, serving as a key liaison between flow partners, lending, and treasury to ensure accurate settlement processing, portfolio oversight, and operational alignment
  • Responsible for monitoring existing loan servicing RPA processes. Work with RPA team to enhance performance, resolve defects and create new processes
  • Create, deploy and maintain procedures, job aids and internal resources for new and existing products and processes
  • Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

The good faith salary for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
