Job Description
  • Lead Automation Platform Operations including RPA platform support to ensure high availability of the platform
  • Responsible for operations of the automations running on the platform This includes an estate of RPA bots and other automations that are part of the Automation ecosystem at Client
  • Responsible to handle infrastructure needs of the Automation platform
  • Experience in UiPath Development as well as supporting them in Production
  • Experience in Monitoring Orchestrator BOTs for failures troubleshooting and fixing them
  • Work with Nearshore and offshore Operationsplatform support team to ensure service requests incident change and problem management within defined Service Level Agreements
  • Work with UiPath Support team to resolve UiPath product issues within defined SLAs
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with infrastructure cloud hosting services team UiPath and Azure teams in case of major incident management
  • Engage and collaborate with various Business Units who are the RPA and Automation Platform users
  • Willing to work in CST shifts to manage the bots that span multiple timezones and are governed by strict SLAs Also extend on call support during weekends and month ends whenever required including nonBusiness hours
  • Actively engage with stakeholders from multiple business functions to ensure effective communication and information exchange to meet business expectations

  • 10 years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in managing RPA operations

  • Experience in Azure Cloud ITSM and Agile practices GitHub Azure DevOps
  • Must have experience on the following
  • UiPath Orchestrator Computer Vison UiPath Insights UiPath Automation Cloud Test Manager Configuring Robots and Users complete Orchestrator Management Cyber Ark APIs Code deployments exp on UiPath Code reviews
  • Must have experience on VB Scripting and Dot net
