- Read, interpret, and develop technical blueprints.
- Work to improve the manufacturing process to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
- Assist Quality dept in identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in developing tools for design and fabrication processing.
- Vet new processes to determine feasibility and cost.
- Assist with improvement efforts with a mixed discipline team to drive waste out of internal processes, improving cycle times and maintaining quality.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following

- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MET)
