Position Summary
As a Digital & IT Automation Expert, you'll help transform how work gets done across Nestlé USA by designing and delivering automation and AI-powered solutions that simplify processes, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency. Partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders, you'll help to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and bring new capabilities to life, including intelligent agents to end-to-end automated workflows. Come prepared to champion adoption by helping teams embrace new ways of working through stakeholder engagement, training, and change leadership. Operating primarily in the proof of value and rapid prototyping space, you'll play a critical role in advancing how Nestlé uses automation and AI to drive productivity, consistency, and innovation at scale.
  • Design, build, and deliver automation and AI-powered solutions that improve business processes across functions, leveraging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, Power Platform, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to improve efficiency and consistency of execution across the organization, while ensuring solutions are reusable and scalable across teams
  • Identify and translate complex business needs into scalable, well-architected technical solutions, incorporating workflow logic, integrations, and automation design patterns that can be deployed consistently across use cases
  • Lead delivery across the automation POV lifecycle and ensure solutions are reliable and continuously improved based on feedback, usage, and evolving business needs
  • Continuously scan the landscape for new tools and approaches, bringing forward and applying ideas that push beyond incremental efficiency gains to fundamentally improve how processes operate across Nestlé USA
  • Establish and embed best practices for automation and AI usage across Nestlé USA, partnering with teams to guide how tools, agents, and workflows are designed, adopted, and scaled in day-to-day work
  • Ensure automation solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable by incorporating governance, controls, and documentation that support risk management and long-term maintainability

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, or technology delivery
  • 2+ years of experience applying AI-enabled automation approaches such as intelligent agents, Natural Language Processing (NLP) based solutions, or GenAI-assisted workflows to real business problems

Other
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Foundry, Power Apps, and/or other enterprise AI platforms is preferred
  • Experience building reusable automation components, shared services, or frameworks is preferred
  • Experience in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and/or a similarly complex industry is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $127,920.00 to $181,410.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
