Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is seeking a talented faculty surgeon to join the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery in Nashville, Tennessee.
Position Highlights:
• Join a tight-knit and collaborative team of 5 physicians in the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, offering services at three outpatient locations and performing surgery at our main campus and one ASC, all within the Nashville metro.
• Perform a wide range of cases across the full spectrum of complex benign gynecology, including caring for patients with chronic pelvic pain.
• Work with exceptional OR nursing staff and benefit from inpatient support provided by gynecology division APPs, ensuring seamless patient care.
• Call schedule of 1:6, allowing for excellent work/life balance in a supportive environment where faculty not only work well together but also enjoy spending time together outside of work.
• Faculty appointment with opportunities to teach and mentor fellows, residents, and other learners in both clinical settings and didactic sessions.
• Access to our large research infrastructure with excellent support for developing projects, with funding available for junior faculty and opportunities for cross-collaboration with other specialties and schools at Vanderbilt University.

Qualifications
Qualifications: MD/DO with board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, with a solid commitment to the Vanderbilt values of innovation, collaboration, and quality. Academic rank is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and career goals.
